I wanted to share the actions and behaviours I instill in players when it comes to lineouts. The goal here is to establish consistency across the group, which, in turn, builds collective confidence. Through that confidence, the lineout evolves into a weapon—a platform to launch attacking opportunities or provide stability when exiting your own half.

This process is built around ensuring alignment in how we approach the key roles of lifters, jumpers, and ball delivery, with precision in every movement.
